As the metaverse becomes increasingly popular, individuals, businesses and nations are beginning to explore the potential of this new digital realm. The influx of interest and resources in the metaverse raises important questions about whether society is prepared for it, and what is necessary for those willing to take the plunge.

As an entrepreneur in the travel mobility industry, I’m passionate about leveraging virtual reality and metaverse technology to create immersive travel experiences. With my background in the travel sector, I’m excited to explore and use the potential of this new digital phenomenon to develop innovative solutions that make travel more accessible and enjoyable for all. My projects combine the features of the metaverse with traditional travel services, providing clients with a unique experience in both the real world and the metaverse.

The Covid-19 pandemic has caused a shift in how people access education, with online courses becoming increasingly popular. During the global lockdown, many individuals took the opportunity to either improve existing skills or learn new ones. This surge in digital education has resulted in a highly skilled workforce and a brand-new approach to learning.

The rapid growth of the online education industry in recent years has been remarkable. In 2020, the market was estimated to be worth $197 billionand it is projected to reach $840 billion by 2030. This increase is largely attributed to the shift to online learning that was necessitated by the pandemic. As a result, digital educational platforms have seen a surge in use and popularity.

The education system is being revolutionized by online teachers, who are pioneering new techniques and trends. The increasing popularity of digital learning courses is largely due to the emergence of more affordable mobile devices, virtual reality (VR) and augmented reality (AR) headsets, the convenience of not needing to physically travel, the improved quality of educational content, and the growth of new sophisticated sensors of these gadgets.

Meta-education courses are coming.

It is projected that by 2028, the market share of educational services only in the metaverse will be a staggering $32 billion. This demonstrates a clear trend toward embracing modern technology in the area of education, with virtual and augmented reality devices providing new opportunities for learning, as well as job creation.

From meta-education to meta-travel.

Another one of the leading areas of consumer spending is travelwhich will in turn boost meta-travel. Now, digital technology has made it possible for niche professions to emerge in the virtual tourism industry, such as meta-tour guides, meta-creators and meta-experience providers.

The meta-travel industry is ushering in a new wave of skills and knowledge. In order to stay competitive, tour creators must learn how to design for virtual, augmented and mixed reality. Furthermore, they must be able to create social experiences that promote interaction in the digital space. To keep up with this demand, I believe universities must consider altering their curriculums to include interdisciplinary courses that teach students the fundamentals of designing for the metaverse. These courses can include elements of design, psychology, sociology, anthropology and technology. Additionally, businesses should look to hire professionals who specialize in content creation, artificial intelligence and data analytics.

Today, as a businessman, I am witnessing a revolution in human productivity. Coders are developing their codes with the help of artificial intelligence (AI), creators are creating with the assistance of AI, and synthetic personalities are teaching real humans. AI is enabling people to complete their work faster and with higher quality. This is the reality. I believe the metaverse will further accelerate this trend by blurring the line between reality and virtuality.

How does the development of meta-experiences shape the travel industry?

Meta-experiences are a new and rapidly growing part of the travel market that focuses on creating unique services in metaverses. With virtual and augmented reality, it can be possible to create new, never-seen-before, highly emotional immersive experiences. I see virtual tourism as an opportunity to visit other worlds real and imaginable, meet new people, explore new possibilities and go through different scenarios. This innovative approach fundamentally changes the perception of the traditional travel industry. By combining the ease of access to digital technology with the realism of virtual reality, virtual tourism can provide a unique and entertaining experience for people of all ages and backgrounds.

Travel companies can capitalize on the myriad possibilities in the metaverse to craft unique and engaging experiences that will draw in customers. To make sure these virtual experiences are safe and dependable, they must ensure that the appropriate security measures are in place.

From virtual experiences to meta-experiences.

Education leaders can expect to see new opportunities with the metaverse such as creating meta-courses that cover all the necessary material and connects students to a virtual reality platform to experience it together. Through this immersive lesson, students can remember the material as if it were real. Meta-guides can then take the class to a natural history museum where the dinosaurs come alive, like in Jurassic Park, and the students can explore and hide in different corners of the museum.

In my opinion, education will be transformed by making it more immersive and meta-interactive. A new approach to the creation of meta-courses and meta-lectures—using the achievements of scientific and technological progress and new sensors—will bring the industry to a new level with new meta-professions.

While some may be critical of such phenomena as meta-reality, it is worth remembering that progress is faster than we think. Very soon, we will face the collaboration of real and virtual worlds, which will allow us to completely transform space and time. I believe meta-experiences will revolutionize the way we live by providing opportunities for collaborative learning and enjoying meta-experiences.
