Looks like Shah Rukh Khan‘s wife Gauri Khan is in legal trouble as a complaint has been filed against her over a property purchase. The case is registered under the section 409 (criminal breach of trust) of the Indian penal code.
A resident of Mumbai, Jaswant Shah has alleged that the company of which Gauri is the brand ambassador has failed to give possession of a flat despite charging Rs 86 lakh. This flat is located at Tulsiyani Gold View, in the Sushant Golf City in Lucknow.

The FIR has also been filed against Tulsiyani Construction, Chief MD Anil Kumar and director Mahesh Tulsiyani. The complaint read that Shah bought the flat after being influenced by its brand ambassador Gauri.
Gauri has her own company called ‘Gauri Khan Designs’ and she’s one of the best interior designers of B-town who has decorated houses of many celebrities. Despite being SRK’s wife, Gauri has been able to carve her own niche and have an individual career over the years.
Meanwhile, for SRK, the actor is shooting for ‘Jawan’ at the moment after the huge success of ‘Pathaan’.
